The evening program will feature compositions from the repertoire of outstanding trombonist and saxophonist quintes of the hard bop era, including music once performed by such masters as Stan Getz & J.J. Johnson, Curtis Fuller & Benny Golson, etc.
This will be an opportunity to hear an authentic, stylistically accurate performance of one of the most significant trends in American jazz of the 1950s and 1960s, which combines soul, blues and bebop influences.
